Job Summary: The Site
Supervisor / Assistant Engineer will be supporting the Civil Engineer in
construction Site works. The site supervisors are responsible for the
coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned
projects ensuring consistency with agreed strategy, commitments and goals

- The ideal candidate for the AIRD Site
Supervisor / Assistant Engineer job placement should hold a Diploma in
Civil and Building Engineering from a reputable Institution. - A minimum of two years of related
experience in civil works - Broad knowledge, understanding and
experience of civil works - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to represent and report writing
skills. - Good leadership skills
- Willingness to work in any part of the
country. - Ability to work under pressure with
minimum supervision. - Highly self-motivated
- Good computer skills
