Job Title:        Hotel Manager

About US:
Musana Community Development Organization has a mission to develop
communities through social enterprises in areas of education, health, skill
development, and agriculture.
Job Summary:  The Hotel Manager will be tasked with drawing
a strategic plan for the hotel. The incumbent will also be supervising staff
while ensuring quality services and profitability of the enterprise.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or
    degree in catering or Hospitality
  • At least three years’ experience in
    related field at managerial level
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Fluency in English and Lusoga or Luganda
