About Compassion Project:
Church of God of East Africa Uganda in Bugiri Cluster Child Ministry is
committed to fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus
Christ in Matthew 28:16-20. They are currently working in partnership with
Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and
releasing them from poverty in Jesus name.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Tasked with managing the day-to-day
    program and activities of project, etc.
  • Serve as the accounting officer
  • Act as the immediate supervisor to staff
  • Regularly report to overseer
  • Prepare and implement annual budgets
  • Write books of Accounts and financial
    reports     
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Project
    Director job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
    Administration, Education, Social Works and Community Development.
  • Computer literacy skills
  • The applicant should have a personal
    relationship with Jesus Christ (Mature Born-again)
  • Be an Advocate for children and care
    givers
  • Child protection skills and experience is
    mandatory
  • Recommendation letter from REV or PASTOR
    is a MUST
  • Ready to work in rural settings
