Job Title:        Sales Manager (2 Job Placements)

Job Summary: The Sales
Manager will source and bring business to the company.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Source for business and Market PSG
    integrated security solutions to clients
  • Effective development of new business in
    line with sales targets
  • Effective performance and reporting of
    sales . activities
  • Customer Retention and corporate account
    management
  • The incumbent will also increase sales and
    growth for the company by guiding, supervising and setting achievable
    targets to the sales team to ensure the company meets its revenue growth.
  • Identify, prioritize, and reach out to new
    partners, and business opportunities etc.
  • Identify development opportunities; follow
    up on development leads and contacts; participates in the structuring and
    financing of projects; assures the completion of development projects.
  • Supervise guards on duty on a 24-hour
    basis
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should preferably
    possess a Bachelor’s degree in sales /marketing.
  • At least five years’ experience in a
    professional sales environment with a proven track record of closing deals
    and achieving targets
  • A capable communicator with good English
    language skills.
  • Previous experience in Business
    Development is desired
