Job Summary: The Customer
Care Officer will provide information regarding the institution’s products and
services to its customers and handing any inquires and resolving customer
complaints, office administrative work plus any others duties that may be
assigned from time to time.





Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicants for the Customer Care
    Officer jobs should hold Distinction and Credit Diplomas only.
  • The applicant should hold a credit in Maths
    and English at O’ level
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Willingness to work under pressure with
    minimum supervision
  • Age: Between 23- 35 years
