Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a correct implementation of MSF CH
standards (policies, procedures and tools) - The incumbent will support the line
manager in the assigned tasks. - Regularly monitor the service/ unit under
his/her responsibility, manages and follows up his/her team. - Ensure responsibility for all logistics
activities on Suka Office and other facilities. - Ensure the necessary logistical supply on
the all the facilities. - Manage and logistically monitor the
material resources of the mission (Marmotta), under the supervision of the
hierarchical and technical referents. - Provide support activities (communication
and transportation). - Ensure the other necessary logistical
activities (maintenance and rehabilitation necessary) for the improvement
of living conditions on the facilities. - Directly manages the team under his / her
responsibility. - Strengthen the capacity of each member of
the team under his / her responsibility.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant for the MSF Technique &
Logistics Base career placement should have completed secondary education
with Basic Training in a technical field. - One year of experience in logistics
department. - Ability to learn quickly and to work in a
multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, good communication
skills, initiative, good physical condition, smart appearance, - Language: Fluency in English and
Luganda, etc
