• He/she will support field office to comply
  with the donor and Foundation policies and procedures
• The Compliance Officer develops and
  implement an effective risk , control and compliance program
• Perform the critical function of third
  party verification of activity and financial verification on wide range of
  field activities including but not limited to VMMC, workshops, on the job
  training (mentorship), FSG/Ariel meetings, distribution of supplies, and hotel
  room occupancy among other program and operational activities
• Keep abreast of internal standards and
  business goals, carries out spot check on inventory in the Stores for
  completeness of records and existence
• Tasked with the review vehicle logs and
  policies and performs annual verification of NEXP inventory list for
  completeness and existence following the Foundation’s inventory management
  policy.

  in Business Administration or Commerce
• Professional qualification is an added
  advantage.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in
  accounting, auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of USG rules and
  regulations, systems and procedures and local government financial
  processes. Experience with managing other major international donor funds
  and working with an international non-profit/non-governmental organization
  (NGO) preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication
  skills.
• Extensive knowledge of state legal
  taxation requirements and controls (VAT, WT, PAYE, NSSF etc).
• Familiarity with industry practices and
  professional standards.
• Excellent report writing skills.
