Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the Save the
    Children Comprehensive Nurse job placement should hold a Diploma or
    Bachelors degree in nursing
  • Registered nurse with relevant
    professional experience.
  • Previous experience of working a role with
    MoH or NGO desirable.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of broad
    health issues within community.
  • Strong understanding of community, culture
    and customs.
  • Strong interpersonal and counselling
    skills.



  • Able to effective engage with the local
    community, including children.
  • Able to work in a stressful and changing
    environment with limited resources.
  • Willing to keep abreast of new
    developments through continued learning.
  • Able to recognize and respect confidential
    matters.
  • Concern for the wellbeing of children and
    interest in Child Rights
