Job Summary: The Programmes
Manager will oversee SAO Uganda programme implementation, work plans through
development of appropriate programmes and strategies in order to achieve the
desired goals and objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan.

SAO programmes, in accordance with the Strategic Plan and other related
programme designs.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:

The applicant must hold an honours degree in
Development studies, Social Sciences, SWASA or the equivalent plus
post-graduate degree in Management or MA or MBA with a bias in Development or
Project planning and Management.
