Job Summary: The Monitoring,
Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer will provide support to the data
collection and analysis to monitor the progress of the program towards its
desired objectives, and assess the outcomes for refugee and host community
beneficiaries, in line with the program’s MEL Plan. The position will provide
support to programming in Kyaka II Settlement. The position will report to the
Project Manager and will potentially have supervisory responsibility for data
entrants and casual incentive workers in the settlement for data collection
tasks. The position will work closely with the Data Clerk in the settlement.

Provide direct technical support and oversight
to routine and periodic monitoring, reviews and end line evaluations of the
Cash Assistance programs, and assist in developing and drafting learning
documents and frameworks on cash assistance in the context of Kyaka II
Settlement.

ensure that Post Distribution Monitoring and Market assessments are conducted
regularly and findings from this assessments inform implementation strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and

The ideal candidate for the Danish Refugee
Council (DRC) Monitoring and Evaluation Officer job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
related subject – e.g. Monitoring and Evaluation, Quantitative Economics,
project management
