Job Summary: The Project
Officer – INSPIRE will guide and facilitate effective and efficient project
implementation, development, monitoring and documentation in Mityana in line
with approved grant proposal requirements. Implement the Coaching Boys Into Men
(CBIM) project model with the greatest possible fidelity and in cross-reference
to DREAMS activities; in ways that meet WVU standards and donor requirements
for improved and sustained wellbeing of children; and this should be done
through effective engagement, coordination, supervision and collaboration with
project partners.

Child Protection Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure a strict compliance to the WVU child
safeguarding practices with respect to the child protection policy, PSEA/code
of conduct at all times; monitoring and reporting on compliance to CP policy
standards in the project/project area.
