The Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) is a multi-campus University
offering courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The main objective
of the University is to serve the higher education needs of the Muslim
communities in the English-Speaking African countries, although the University
has a substantial number of non-Muslim students and staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Human Resource Manager will be tasked
with developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
that relate to University personnel. - Planning, organizing, and controlling the
activities and actions of the Human Resource department. - Contributing to the development of Human
Resource department goals, objectives, and systems.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Master’s degree
in Human Resource Management from a recognized University - Three years of related experience in a
similar position in a reputable institution preferably of higher learning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
