Job Summary: The Surveyor
will be tasked with planning, coordinating and supervising comprehensive
construction surveys to establish lines and grades within the construction
sites

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating
comprehensive Roads and other civil constructions surveys to establish
lines and grades within the construction sites. - Making
exact measurements and determine property boundaries. - Prepare
or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and
documents related to surveys. - Inspects
to ensure that proper compliance with construction specifications is
adhered to.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the AIRD Surveyor job placement must hold a Civil
Engineering Degree with/or Diploma in Road/ Infrastructure Surveying or
Bachelors’ degree in Land Surveying and Geometries or any other related
qualification with emphasis in surveying. - At
least three years of experience in the Roads & Infrastructure field - Works
well under pressure and able to be up to the deadlines - Experience
in the use of computers and specialized software packages (MS Word, Excel,
etc.) and other database packages related to construction
