Job Summary: The
Administrative Officer will perform administrative and office support
activities. The jobholder will be relieving the supervisor of administrative
roles and maintaining regular and transparent communication with Admin/ Finance
Manager in a spirit of shared successes and joint problem solving

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant for the AIRD Administrative Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Management, Business Administration or any related course - Three
or more years of previous experience in similar position preferably in an
NGO setting - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. - High
level of honesty and Integrity. - Advanced
computer skills in Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation - Ability
to work under pressure with minimum supervision. - Willingness
to work in any part of the country.
