Job Summary: The Human
Resource Officer will be working in co-ordination with all staff to ensure that
all tasks are carried out in accordance with the HR SOP.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant for the AIRD Human Resource Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources Management or General Management - At
least three years of experience in the human resource practice preferably
in an NGO. - Proven
interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability
to represent and report writing skills. (Leadership skills) - Ability
to work under pressure with minimum supervision. - Good
computer skills
