Job Summary: The Team
Leaders (Engineering) will provide technical oversight for smooth
implementation of projects in areas of under supervision. The incumbent will
also set clear goals for the teams in line with the organization goals and
objectives. The jobholder will delegate tasks, set deadlines and make sure
teams follow the set deadlines to meet organizational goals, consolidate site
reports and provide feedback on the findings/recommendations of reports

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant for the AIRD Team Leaders (Engineering) job should hold a Degree
of Bachelor of Civil and Building Engineering - Degree
in Management or training in team leading is an added advantage - Should
possess a good understanding and experience of civil works - Four
years of working experience in engineering - At
least two years experience in project management - Proven
work experience as a team leader or supervisor - Excellent
communication and leadership skills - Broad
knowledge of performance metrics - Good
organizational and time management skills - Decision
making skills - Good
computer skills
