Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for the Team Leader job placement must hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Two
    years in team leadership in a similar industry.
  • Comprehensive
    knowledge in Patient/ Customer Service principles and practice
  • Knowledge
    of Trends of eyeglasses frames and styles is an added advantage
  • Good
    leadership and supervisory skills
  • Good
    influencing and persuasion skills
  • Excellent
    presentation and communications skills
  • Good
    people management skills
  • Strong
    customer service skills
