Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Sushi Chef should have at least five years of experience in a 5* star
    Hotel/ Restaurant and should be able to work in Entebbe.
  • Ability
    to head operations for 4 kitchens and handle shifts during the absence the
    head chef.



  • Extensive
    background in continental cuisines and experience as saucier is a plus.
