Job Summary: The
Administrator will be responsible for execution of administrative and
operational duties; establishment of frameworks for efficient asset management;
logistical support systems; coordination of activities with various
stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative and
operational duties in accordance with company procedures and best
practice. - Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar of the various
events, due dates and schedules related to the assignments within the
company; - Work in close liaison with the supervisor,
assist in drawing activity plans and observe their executions as
scheduled; - Implement a system of receiving and responding
to stake holder’s complaints and compliments. - In charge of receiving and distributing of
incoming and outgoing correspondences. - Attend meetings; take, transcribe and
distribute minutes concerning the respective activities as directed; - Work in close consultation with the immediate
supervisor, make travel arrangements for various personnel and
stakeholders as may be determined from time to time; - Establish an inventory of all assets belonging
to the company and design
detailed records or database/asset register for the same in line with the
company’s Assets Management Policy. - Coordinate the development of properties or
renovations; Implement and Monitor the maintenance plan of the companies’ properties
in liaison with the
supervisor - Prepare and submit periodic progress activity
reports and updates - Perform any other duties as may be assigned by
the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the Administrator job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any other related humanities
discipline; - A
post graduate diploma in the related field or a Diploma in Law would be an
added advantage; Computer literacy skills - Three
years of experience in the related field; - Essential
knowledge in asset management and land laws; - Skills: Good communication skills,
Interpersonal Skills, Team player, Ability to work independently,
Procurement, Negotiation skills, Budgeting and budgetary control, Problem
solving skills
