Job Summary: The Senior
Human Resources Officer is a member of the country program leadership team and
will oversee the human resources activities of the Uganda country program.
Primary duties include: HR policy review and development and implementation,
staff administration and welfare, discipline and welfare handling; recruitment
and compensation management; staff training and mentorship.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC) International Senior
Human Resources Officer job placement should preferably hold a Master’s
degree in Human Resources Management or related field required, - At
least six years’ experience in senior HR management, preferably with a
large humanitarian or development agency. - Previous
exposure and experience in similar role, full understanding of Uganda
labor law and practices.
