Goodwill (U) Ceramic Co. Ltd is
a Chinese founded Company incorporated in Uganda the manufactures tiles. With
three operating ceramic tile factory in Africa, producing 360,000 m2 ceramic
tiles daily, Goodwill Ceramic is now setting up its fourth company in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The
    Site Supervisor will be supporting and coordinate the work for different
    department, help arrangement of staff and material.
  • Organizing
    routine attendance record, personnel training, recruitment and dismissing.
  • Coordinate
    the work for site supervisor, help to make sure task be finish
    efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    applicant must hold a high school degree.
  • At
    least five years of related work experience
  • Having
    some management experience.
  • Strong
    responsibility, self-motivated, time keeper
  • Excellent
    communication and coordination, convincing, organized.
  • Good
    at English, Luganda, Swahili, Luo.
  • Tough
    male, 30~45 years old.
