About US:
Uganda Consumer Lenders
Association (UCLA) brings together Government of Uganda payroll deduction card holders.
Our core objectives are; self regulation, collective bargaining on matters
affecting business environment and good stakeholder management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible
    for Planning, Budgeting and overall Leadership of the Association.
  • Principal
    Accounting Officer of the Association.
  • Drive
    Membership growth of the Association.
  • Engage
    stakeholders to preserve Association interests.
  • Plan,
    execute and deliver Association Projects.
  • Fundraise
    for the Association.
  • Serve
    as the official Spokesperson of the Association.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    applicant must hold a Degree in Business Management or an Equivalent.
  • Six
    years of experience in the Financial Services Ecosystem. 3 years being in
    a leadership role.
