Job Summary: The
Temporary Projects Coordinator will coordinate, monitor Project activities
right from the inception to execution, in consideration of project lead-times
leading to the successful completion of the project.

leading to the successful completion of the project.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Study the documents for Inco-terms and
preempt any clearance delays arising due to non-conformity to customs
requirements/required documents stipulated on bills of lading or
invoices. - Ensures the client is aware of the
financial obligations to Spedag Interfreight. - Follows up cargo from port of origin to
final destination. - Manage file openings for all clients
allocated. - Carries out monthly customer visits to
discuss Spedag Interfreight Performance, Financial out standings and
future business opportunities - Keenly monitors lead times and ensures
Spedag Interfreight is delivering within the set lead times - Performs any other duties that may from
time to time be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a University
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Economics. - A certificate in Public Relations &
Customer Care. - At least three (3) years working
experience in a reputable Clearing & Forwarding or Shipping
Company. - Good Computer Skills and knowledge;
- Must have demonstrable detailed
understanding of Business strategy, operations and achievement of
results;

set own work schedule with rigorous deadlines. - Proven ability in effective people
management and customer care. - Ability to initiate and complete
assignments and to work under demanding circumstances with minimal
supervision. - Strong organization, supervisory,
problem solving, interpersonal, communication, leadership as well as team
building and negotiation skills.
