About US:

Anhui Sijian Holding Group Co. Ltd is a Class A construction company with
operations in Uganda and other African Countries.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The ideal
candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from either
Makerere University or Kyambogo University

·       
Should
have at least 4 years’ experience in preparing building construction tenders,
cost estimation

·       
Must
have practical knowledge in MS project and AutoCAD

·       
Should
have experience in preparing tenders
