• Conduct training needs assessment
  through task analysis and performance analysis
• Plan for trainings through budgeting for
  materials and refreshments, identifying trainers and preparing cash
  requisitions for payments.
• Coordinate trainings and issuing
  training evaluation questionnaires to trainees
• Carry out HR Metrics to determine
  leaning gaps
• File and document records on all
  training related information
• Coordinate internship programme by
  receiving applications and shortlisting as per the selection checklist
• Update and maintain the learning and
  development hub by uploading all the training reading materials and pictorials
  on the HR Portal
• Compile and prepare all L&D Reports
  and other briefs as advised by the Learning and Development Manager
• Work closely with all staff members to
  establish a working relationship in order to cooperate on a matter of
  mutual concern.

• The ideal candidate for the Movit
  Products Limited (MPL) Learning & Development Officer job placement
  should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial
  & Organizational Psychology
• Possession of postgraduate qualification
  is an added advantage
• At least three years of working
  experience in a busy environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems is an
  added advantage.
• Ability to independently plan and
  execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and
  remaining organized and focused.
• Ability to assess problems and develop
  solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and
  communication skills.
