organization that provides humanitarian assistance and training to millions of
beneficiaries around the world.
Job Summary:  The Field Operations Manager will be
responsible for providing general operational oversight of procurement;
transport / fleet; stores / ware housing; assets management and security of the
field site in line with ARC Operations guidelines and mission.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
    International Field Operations Manager job placement should preferably
    hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
    Management or similar degree.
  • A post Graduate Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or
    CIPS is an added advantage.
  • At least five years of experience working in the field of program
    and/or Logistics and Operations in an International relief organization.
  • Demonstrated experience/knowledge of Donor, GOU procurement policies
    and procedures is an added advantage.
