Job Summary: The Infrastructure & Construction Officer
will be responsible for direct supervision and quality assurance of
construction works occurring within Bidi Bidi in support of multiple sectors
(GBV, WASH, Community Services and others). He/she will work closely with
contractors, suppliers as well as District Engineers and OPM to ensure works
are completed on-time, as per agreed upon plans, and of high standards of
quality.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC)
International Infrastructure & Construction Officer job placement
should preferably hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering - A minimum of five years’ experience in supervision of construction
and infrastructure development activities, preferably in humanitarian
settings; - Knowledge of construction site management, contractor management,
and supervision monitoring of materials employed in infrastructure
development; - Technical design skills using AutoCAD or Arch CAD, EPI Info and
WaterCAD or any other hydraulic modeling software is preferred.
