Job Summary: The Estates Officer will handle issues of
Estate management of assets, businesses and property under the control of the
office of the Official Receiver

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compiles and maintains lists of assets and businesses under the
control of the Official Receiver
Prepares accountability reports on assets and businesses under the
Official Receiver - Closely monitors the performance of Estates and/or businesses under
receivership, prepares and submits status reports to the Senior Estates
Officer - Develops and maintains lists of entities or persons under the
Official receiver - Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by
the Senior Estates Officer
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Uganda Registration Services Bureau
(URSB) Estates Officer job placement must hold an honors’ degree in
Commerce, or Accounting or law - Computer literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven integrity and confidentiality in handling public resources
and in executing duties - A high level of interpersonal, management skills and ability to work
with teams - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
