plantations on the shores of Lake Victoria. The sweet, sparkling crystals with
their distinctive taste and flavour, and rich golden colour, have sweetened
dishes all over Uganda since the 1930s.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Receiving and analyzing all machine failures for any maintenance
    action.
  • Specifying spare parts requirements and initiating requisitions for
    approval by the deputy electrical engineering manager.
  • Inspecting and testing completed repairs, servicing and maintaining
    jobs before handing over to the operators/users.
  • Assisting the Deputy Electrical Engineering Manager to draw up a
    comprehensive preventive 1 maintenance program for the section.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • Applicants should be holders of Bachelors Sc. Degree in Electrical
    Engineering from a reputable University.
  • Applicants should have at least a minimum of 5 (five) years hands on
    experience as an Electrical Engineer in a process industry 3 (three) years
    of which should have been at a supervisory level.
  • Age: 30 years and
    above
