Key Duties and Responsibilities:

and grow a network of potential agent partners in line with the Betin Agent
model.

convince potential, fit and proper Agents to invest in the Betin Agent model.

deliver the agreed targets of the recruited Betin Agents.

Develop
Agents’ business sales estimates and their strategies to support the overall
commercial team in achieving their objectives.

To carry
out due diligence on potential partners through a defined process with the
objective of ensuring that they are fit and proper.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

ideal candidate must have previous experience of recruiting business or
specifically agent partners (those used to working within a sales process,
tracking and analyzing opportunities through to an operational set up).
