Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Identify
and grow a network of potential agent partners in line with the Betin Agent
model.
·        
To
convince potential, fit and proper Agents to invest in the Betin Agent model.
·        
To
deliver the agreed targets of the recruited Betin Agents.
·        
Develop
Agents’ business sales estimates and their strategies to support the overall
commercial team in achieving their objectives.
·        
To carry
out due diligence on potential partners through a defined process with the
objective of ensuring that they are fit and proper.
·        
Escalate
any issues to the Head of Commercial and agree actions required.
·        
Undertake
any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate must have previous experience of recruiting business or
specifically agent partners (those used to working within a sales process,
tracking and analyzing opportunities through to an operational set up).
·        
Experience
of developing sales performance with business partners or agents.
·        
Have
Understanding how a commercial Agent business model works.
·        
Have the
ability to work with limited information and quickly develop an understanding
of the client’s requirements.
·        
Excellent
communication skills.
