Job Summary: The country manager will provide strategic
direction and leadership to Childcare Worldwide Uganda operations. Reporting to
the East African Director, the Country Manager will oversee all staff and
ensure effective implementation of Childcare Worldwide programs in Uganda.
Responsible for leading broad-pillar activities including strategic planning,
operation management, public relations, implementation of special projects,
financial and human resource management and overall responsibility of the
Organization’s assets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and
Administrative or any related field. - Five years of working experience in senior management in an NGO or
in any related field. - Must be a committed Christian who is able to stand above
denominational and cultural diversity challenges. - Strong leadership and administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated
problem solving skills - Excellent organization and planning skills
- Good computer skills, demonstrated abilities of working with
children and communities, abilities to connect with influential leaders
and Christian organizations.
