Job Summary: The Skills Laboratory Coordinator will be in
charge of the Skills Lab, at MakCHs for education and training of Medical/
Nursing and other students at CHS in the Skills Laboratory. She/he will work
closely with other faculty involved in the education and training of the
students in the skills lab.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing skills training for medical/nursing students in line
with the relevant curricula/courses. - Participate in formative/summative assessment of students in
relevant clinical skills (pre and or post clinical). - Coordinate learning activities in Skills lab.
- Safe guard all equipment and materials in Skills Lab.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an Honours Degree in Medicine (MBChB) or
Nursing Master’s degree in Health Professions Education will be an added
advantage. - At least two years of post-internship experience as a
medical/nursing practitioner or in health professions’ education setting.
