Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST), commonly known as Mbarara University, is a public university in Uganda. Mbarara University commenced student intake and instruction in 1989. It is one of the eight public universities and degree-awarding institutions in the country. MUST is accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
Job Summary: To support the Centre in maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and verifying data.
- Assisting in preparing basic reports.
- Maintaining records and supporting clerical functions.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An honors Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry tools.
- Experience in data entry activities shall be an added advantage.
- should not be above 30 years of age at the time of application.
