About Organisation:
Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST), commonly known as Mbarara University, is a public university in Uganda. Mbarara University commenced student intake and instruction in 1989. It is one of the eight public universities and degree-awarding institutions in the country. MUST is accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing bus doors for students and other passengers.
- Cleaning the bus.
- Taking charge of the security of the bus.
- Loading and offloading the bus.
- Assisting the Driver in case of emergency or minor repairs.
- Emptying and cleaning dustbins (ensuring they are clean all the time).
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Uganda Certificate of Education (O – Level) with at least four passes one of which must be in English.
- At least two years’ experience working with students or public transport.
- Should be below 30 years of age at the time of application.
