Job Summary: As a Unit Manager you will be responsible for recruiting, training, leading, and managing a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and uphold the agency’s performance and compliance standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in any business related course from a recognized university.
- Insurance or sales certifications are an added advantage
- Previous Insurance sales experience is an added advantage
- Comfortable with using basic computer applications
