Job Summary: We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Executives – NCU to source new business and service existing clients. The goal is to maximize revenue generation and collection to meet NMG-U’s business objectives*
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aggressively grow Courier business.
- Conduct routine sales visits to potential and existing clients with the aim of growing NCU’s courier business.
- Collect dues on courier business sold on credit.
- Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major courier clients and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
- Develop prospects of potential clients.
- Submit full details of all potential courier clients to NCU’s Business Manager
- Provide regular sales and collection reports to the Business Manager.
- Handle customer complaints and provide feedback for customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio
- Facilitate the signing of courier agreements with confirmed clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Basic University Degree from an accredited institution.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years Sales experience in a related field
