Job Summary: Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for aspiring leaders to join CCBA through our Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured learning and rotational assignments across key business areas.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to business challenges.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree (completed within the last two years).
  • Experience:
  • Actively involved in various other activities throughout the academic journey
  • Track record of success/ Leadership assignment
  • Experience with MS Office and Proficient in English
