Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Formulate
the Recruitment business growth Strategy, considering the overall business plan
of Q-Sourcing, best practice, and transformation plans.

Embed
performance & service standards in the project as required by client. I.e.
Turnaround time, efficiency & Quality, ensure attendance etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant
must hold a Degree level qualification preferably in psychology.

Graduate or Masters in HRM or an MBA with a bias in HR is added advantage.
