Job Summary: Manages the financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and employee payroll.
- Manage daily revenue reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control analysis.
- Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external accountants.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Experience with accounting software.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
