Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s
    degree in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, research methods, or a
    related field
  • At least eight years of experience,
    including at least five years of relevant professional experience managing
    complex monitoring and evaluating development activities
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating
    MEL processes across multiple programs or activities, stakeholders and
    geographic regions
  • Demonstrated experience with MEL tools,
    approaches, and practices, including data analysis and report writing,
    that emphasize system – or market-wide results and impact.
  • Demonstrated experience with
    USAID-funded program management, policies, regulations and procedures
  • Fluency in English required
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility,
    and integrity
