• Develop and implement security procedures for UNOC Offices,
  residents and Operational Sites.
• Develop and implement access control procedures to ensure that
  Company assets and information are protected.
• Ensure security risks assessments are done and identify potential
  vulnerabilities and threats to UNOC’s operations.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all security
  incident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned.
• Liaise with Government security agencies such as Oil and Gas Police
  and advise UNOC on security matters in the country and region at large.
• Develop a security alert and reporting system and ensure all
  security incidents are reported.
• Manage the security services contracts and ensure that security
  contractors and other security bodies supporting UNOC’s operations adhere
  to Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
• Organize any relevant security training and exercises for UNOC or
  the contractors
• Update the evacuation plan in coordination with the Health and
  safety Specialist.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

• The ideal candidate must hold a University degree
• At least three years of experience in security (Private Security
  Company, Army or Police).
• Experience in security in the oil and gas with remote site exposure.
• Training on Voluntary principles on security and human rights.
• Certification in Security Management by recognised bodies such ASIS
  will be an added advantage.
• Possession of relevant certification in health and safety will be an
  added advantage.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 standards and HSE
  management systems is highly preferred.
