Job Summary: We are looking for a creative social media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage our company’s social media presence, create engaging visual content, and drive customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic designing using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva and be able to post content across all major social media platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and post engaging content on all social media platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics, posters, flyers and other digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva and other designing tools.
- Actively look for engagements and followers to grow company’s social media presence.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and follow-ups on social media.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations to the company on how to improve products/services.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field of work.
- At least a Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, team payer and customer service skills.
- Should have passion for social media and graphic design.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations
