Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and administration of human resource strategies, policies, and programs. The role will ensure compliance with labor laws, promote a productive workforce, and support business objectives through effective people management in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. .
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices, Strong background in industrial relations, ETC Full-time, based at the Lira factory.
