Job Summary: Magezi Solutions Ltd, the powerhouse behind Magezi Harvest — Uganda’s leading school management and e-learning platform — is recruiting highly motivated Commission Sales Agents to spearhead growth and client acquisition in the listed cities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Commission Sales Agent, your role will be to:
- Market and sell Magezi Harvest to schools, students, and parents.
- Engage with headteachers, school administrators, PTA bodies, and education stakeholders.
- Conduct onsite and virtual product demonstrations.
- Manage leads, conversions, and maintain client relationships.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Persuasive communicator and self-starter with a passion for technology and education.
- Sales, marketing, or education sector experience is highly desirable.
- Well-connected in local education networks.
- Able to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
