Job Summary: The Business to Business Manager is responsible for the B2B business development, covering consumer, wholesale and mining segment, ensuring an efficient fuel supply chain and coupled value added services. The main objective is to grow B2B business by increasing volume with profitable margins, in line with the company’s Responsible for building relationship with customers and ensuring compliance both internally and with 3rd parties, meeting contractual obligations
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B Sales Team.
- Grow volumes of product sold through the Stations by ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Be the main contact person with other internal departments (Customer Service Centre, Operations, Supply, Finance).
- Prepare product purchase plan for monthly orders with supply department.
- Understand monthly price structure and market dynamics and align sales strategy accordingly.
- Prepare yearly budget requirements as per company requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure budgeted sales volumes and product unit margins are achieved throughout the year.
- Develop business plans and fuel sales strategies to ensure grows its market share.
- Elaborate fuel supply proposals to customer, for both spot and long-term contracts.
- Maintain existing customer portfolio, whenever possible provoking organic growth.
- Search and onboard new customers, expanding B2B client database.
- Be the focal points towards customers, jointly with B2B sales team.
- Ensure all accounts are operated within the agreed contractual terms.
- Accompany the process order-to-cash, ensure smooth execution of the fuel supply chain.
- Manage and motivate the team to maximize sales and efficiency.
- Conduct regular checks on discipline in executing controls of your department and subordinates.
- Ensure HSEQ standards are respected, both internally and at customer’s premises.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Economics from a recognized A post graduate qualification a plus.
- 5 years’ work experience in similar role
