Job Summary:   We are seeking a Coordinator, for our learning and academy team. If you’re passionate about entrepreneurship, digital learning, and women’s empowerment, this is your chance to make an impact.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of learning programs under the Hi-Innovator initiative.
  • Develop and implement training content aligned with program goals.
  • Identify groups and individuals for training engagement.
  • Support participants to ensure course completion.
  • Coordinate with partners, trainers, and stakeholders to enhance learning.
  • Participate in training to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Track program outcomes, milestones, and metrics.
  • Write progress and ad hoc reports.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in monitoring and evaluation or project management is an advantage.
  • Proven 3-year experience in program coordination, training, or learning management.
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development with growth results.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for women’s empowerment and digital entrepreneurship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
