Key Duties and Responsibilities:    Reporting to Stores Officer, The Successful Candidate Will;

• Offloading goods and ensuring proper handling of received materials.
• Checking and counting daily receipt materials for accuracy.
• Arranging goods systematically in designated bins for easy retrieval.
• Retrieving materials from bins as per requests.
• Updating BIN cards to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conducting daily stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Moving documents to relevant offices as required.
• Actively participating in periodic stock-taking exercises.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards in the store on a daily basis.
• Assisting the Stores Officer in entering inventory data into the database.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Stores Officer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in any stores related course.
• Advanced level certificate is desirable.
• 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Skills & Professional Attributes Required

• Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion.
• Effective Verbal and written communication.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Customer service orientation skills.
• Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence.
• Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.
• Decision making skills is required.
