Job Summary:   JByamukama & Co. Advocates is looking for Junior Associates to join its dynamic and vibrant team. The firm seeks to employ diligent and hardworking and individuals who are interested in pursuing a legal career in private practice and are ready to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented, and professional environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputable University.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).
• Recent graduates from the Law Development Centre (LDC) are encouraged to apply.
• ⁠A strong academic background and passionate in building a career in private legal practice.
• ⁠Ability to exercise initiative and judgment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to ethical legal practices.
• Proficient computer skills
• All highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and keen interest to grow their careers are encouraged to apply.
