Job Summary:   This is a full-time Operational Specialist role located in Kampala. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing projects, utilizing analytical skills, maintaining communication channels, and handling sales-related tasks. The role will require on-site presence to ensure smooth operations and client interactions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Analytical Skills and Operations Management
• Strong Communication Skills
• Sales Experience
• Project Management Skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the education or language training industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
