Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi in areas General Sales, Promotions, Merchandising, Route- to -Market, Roadshows among others.

Job Summary:   We are looking for a Human Resource Executive, Uganda to oversee HR functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee orientation processes.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee records, contracts and payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Implement HR best practices to promote a positive work environment.
• Monitor staff performance, appraisals, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Provide HR reports and insights to the management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or a marketing agency.
• Knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
